Full payment is required at the time of reservation via PayPal. Cancellations will be refunded in full up to 30 days prior to arrival. Between 30-14 days before arrival we will refund 50%. Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations within 14 days before arrival and no-shows. This includes weather delays and flight cancellations so please take adequate travel insurance for these things.

Restaurant and bar bills must be paid by cash or card before checkout.

 

Minimum stay is 2 nights but we sometimes make exceptions to this subject to availability if you are booking less than 14 days before your arrival date. Email us to find out.

Standard accommodation is for two people. Up to two additional beds can be added for children (under 16) free of charge subject to availability.

 

Additional charge for more than two people (16 years or over) per cottage is $20 US per adult, per night.

 

The government obliges us to add 10% tax to all our reservations and 15% tax to all other goods and services. Dominica is a very poor country with a small tax base so we don't begrudge them the revenue.

 

Minimum age for children is 5 years old. This is because our cottages have high balconies which are not designed to be safe for small children.
