Bar and Bistro
We serve a set menu of Caribbean-fusion dishes created daily inspired by produce from our gardens and the local market.
Our bar serves delicious fruity cocktails, icy-cold beers, Caribbean rums, wines and our famous collection of house-made exotic flavoured rums.
We like to know who we are cooking for so we ask hotel guests to let us know each day if they intend to eat with us and other visitors should call ahead to reserve.
